As we move through these next couple of days it is important to process what comes up for you and not “stuff” or “dismiss” it thinking it will just pass/go away. It doesn’t… instead it settles into your body or compacts, whichever the cells call for. Would you like to do away with it so that you don’t have to revisit it later? Here’s a little gift from the genius of Silvia Hartmann through the self-healing technique of EmoTrance (Emotional Transformation):
Just say to yourself “where do I feel this in my body” when you locate the pain, pressure or sensation simply say to yourself “soften and flow”. Notice where you feel it now and say again “soften and flow” and just keep doing that until you feel it leave or lift off your body. Right now would be a good time to resolve old blocks, reversals and resistance in the form of anger, resentment, sadness, fear, control, etc. So, if you are willing to take some time today or tomorrow – it doesn’t have to all be done in one setting. Now, take a minute to breathe. Say “where do I feel anger (or whatever emotion you want to process) in my body – soften and flow” and go through the protocol described above for each of them following it through your body till it exits. It helps to do this at least 3 times for each emotion or issue or at least until you feel it come in and leave right away. Feelings and emotions really are just energy. And, energy is meant to flow in, through and out just like air. When someone says something offensive or hurtful to you it’s supposed to flow in, through and out and your emotional response should be non-eventful. After all, it’s their stuff not yours so why take it on and damage your emotional and physical body with their crap?
