Merriam-Webster describes it as: “4a: a characteristic emanation, aura, or spirit that infuses or vitalizes someone or something and that can be instinctively sensed or experienced.

Consider the concept that everything is energy and all energy is in a state of constant vibration.

energy = vibration

Even the seemingly solid items in your home, such as tables and chairs, vibrate. They vibrate at such a low frequency they appear as solid objects to the human eye, still they do have a vibration.

Each and every thought is energy and has its own vibrational frequency. We are effectively transmitting vibrational signals into the universe constantly and consistently.

We are all born with a core vibration, a set point of sorts.  As we experience the world around us, our core vibration changes; expanding, contracting, expanding, contracting, etc.

Your vibration is so important because it is what you are emanating to the Universe (the Unifying Field) right now. Your current vibration is a culmination of all that you are desiring, feeling, thinking, and believing in this moment.

Are you aware that your vibrational level influences every second of your life including all of your life experiences? For instance, if you were focusing on the negative side of your current state of being, what do you think your vibration is attracting to yourself?  And, if you were to change your focus to a more positive outlook, what do you think your vibration will attract now?

I believe that we can learn to consciously affect our own vibratory patterns and align with these energies for health, vibrancy, manifestation and transformation.

Take a quick moment to feel your current vibration.  Tune into your dominant mood. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your vibration right now?

If you can agree that that everything is energy, then you can understand that the density of an object controls how fast the energy can physically vibrate.  So, it makes sense that everything vibrates within certain ranges of frequency in order for our senses to perceive it.

Our energy, physical and emotional bodies respond to all of the influence around us (i.e. energy/vibrations) seen and unseen.  Our response is directly related to how our bodies perceive that vibration.  Since vibrations as energy are not normally seen by the eye, we “feel” them and interpret that way.

Let’s look at what lowers your vibration:

  • Gossiping
  • Negativity
  • Illness
  • Pollution
  • Alcohol/drugs
  • prescription medication
  • damaged energy body

2a. Look around you right now, in this room.  Look at the lights, the ceiling, and the people in the room.  Notice the smells in the room.  Notice the temperature of the room.  Notice the energetic template of the room. Notice how your body responds to this call for attention to those things, how your body responds to each thing that I asked you to focus on.  Notice how your body responded to the vibrations as you took that in through your senses of sight, smell and feeling.   How is your perception of this room and everything in it affecting the frequency of your vibration?  I hope that you remembered to use EmoTrance to resolve and resistance, shields or blocks to those responses.

2b. Close your eyes and imagine now that you hear a bird outside singing. Your brain is interpreting the vibrations caused by the sound waves emitted by the bird.  And, imagine now that you see a beautiful rainbow.  Your eyes are conveying to your brain the reflection of the light waves which are created by vibrations.  When you hold a glass of ice water you feel it cold because its molecules are vibrating at a lower frequency than those of your body temperature.  Imagine a bright yellow, juicy lemon in front of you.  Your mouth will begin to water in response because of the vibration of that lemon. And lastly, imagine that there is a big bully standing in front of you holding a big knife and that they make a stabbing gesture at you with it?   Again, I hope that you remembered to use EmoTrance to resolve and resistance, shields or blocks to those responses.   It doesn’t have to be the up-close/in-person-physical- manifestation of a thing – it is the vibration of it that we are responding to.

You can see how interpretations of our brain create feelings and emotions which are also vibrations.

Normally, whether a stimulation of physical or non-physical is enjoyable or not determines whether it lowers or raises your vibration.  I said normally for a reason.  Now that we have a tool for resolving energetic blocks and imbalances, we are no longer at the mercy of our feelings and emotions.

You can see that raising your vibration can be as easy as noticing your reaction to things that you perceive and using EmoTrance to make sure that the energetic flow is a positive one.  As you raise your energetic vibration you raise your ability to attract/manifest.

That’s the simplicity of all of this.  As with anything there is always the next level.  Do you want to take this to the next level?

The Energy Body

The energy body is like a mirror of the physical body, but it is made up of etheric matter.  If you were outside at night and you looked at a light post, headlight of a car or even at the moon, you would most likely see a haze or halo around it.  That is the energy body.

When the physical body is not vibrating at the same level as the energy body the “flow” is distorted.  When the flow is distorted the manifestation is blocked. What results is a feeling of being in “limbo”, that place of seeming nothingness.

We are all empathing this energy of the Mother’s death struggle in going from the cocoon to the butterfly.  It would be so much easier for her if we as human beings weren’t struggling as well.

I know that we have been gifted some amazing tools for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth and the tendency is to want to “fix” everything… but sometimes you just have to allow the energy to be what it is and to come in, through and out. It’s that part that confounds people. They want to supercede the in and through part because it’s too personal.

You just have to know when it’s in the “in” process to transmute it. That probably didn’t make much sense.. It sounds contradictory to me. But, there is no answer, right…

Everyone seems to be frantically searching for the “cure” to everything that ails them.  There is no one-specific-cure because there was no one-specific-injury that caused this calamity of life we are in right now.

The spirit that talks to me, that I call The Mother, has one message for us all and it simply “just be”.  Stop doing, stop searching, stop thinking you have to fix it and just “be”.

I know what you are saying. I can hear you now. I can see you shaking your head and I can even intuit some of the comments that you are making right now (that are very disrespectful, by the way).  It’s okay.  I know that denial is a nasty creature that lives in most, if not, all of us.

We are so beaten down, so angry, dejected, confused and bewildered that we don’t know what to believe any more or who to trust.

Yes, there is an answer to this one!

The answer is simply “trust yourself”.  You have the answers.  You know the truth.  It is you. You have put yourself where you are right now and you can get yourself out of it by returning to the source that is you. “Just be”.

StressSeems To Always Be Present

In the old way, every human occupied part of the Earth lived as a clan or tribe.  Some cultures still recognize them and live according to those patterns set by the ancestors for honoring and respect.  Some people look back on that time and say “it was so much easier then… no stress”.  Not true.  Although their lives were simpler in the sense of survival and responsibilities, each one of those tribes or clans had a recognized leader, (Chief, King, Emperor, etc).  And, activities, status and responsibilities were assigned to each member to ensure the survival of the tribe.  For the most part, everyone worked with one goal in mind – survival.  And, they lived according to the seasons.  They ate according to availability, slept with the sun’s schedule, traveled when it was necessary and “jobs” were simple and dependable, living in flow with the all that is.  Only a few ever challenged the way it was.

Still, there was stress.  Although you would think they were all free, they were not. They were under the rule or were governed by the ruling body.  They still had the stress of survival and the stress of relationships. That much hasn’t changed. Factor in stress caused by warfare, devastation through weather patterns like earthquakes, droughts, floods, etc.  Of course, their bodies were able to handle the stress easier because their diets were pure, the air pure, the water pure and the living much simpler.

And, here we are in the year 2012.  We are still stressed by the threat to our survival and relationships through warfare, devastation from earthquakes, droughts, floods, etc.  The difference is that most of us have an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, plus being bombarded every day by negativity programming though the news media, communities, social networking, and numerous other outlets.  And, factor in the programming about the end of the world prophecies.

Emotions are feelings in the body which have no physical cause.  They are felt physically and produce very powerful physical responses. When you relieve stress, people become calmer, more reasonable and more rational and are less likely to think illogical or to react in an unpredictable manner.

Remove the burden of stress from a person, and will see a person who is more lovable, resourceful and more capable of dealing with every day challenges.  Many of our medical diagnoses are condensed stress.  And, the more stressed, the more severe the symptoms become:

  • Emotional – anger, sadness, aggression, withdrawal, relationship problems, communication failure, selfishness, seclusion, inability to communicate, low self-esteem, etc.
  • Mental –  unrealistic or mixed-up thoughts, inability to think clearly, hallucinating, paranoia, doubts, illogical beliefs, values and attitudes, conflicts, indecision, forgetting vocabulary, mixing up words, grammatical disturbances, high level use of expletives and swear words, stuttering, inability to express vocally, inappropriate voice pitch and volume, etc.
  • Physical – jerky gestures, strained facial expressions, uncoordinated/clumsy, holding one’s breath, voice disturbances, clenching/tense muscles, trembling, shaking, blushing, performance failure, accident prone, addictions, etc.
  • Medical conditions – GERD (heartburn, indigestion), high blood pressure, heart attack/stroke, migraines, sleep disturbances, immune system  failure, fatigue, obesity, arthritis, asthma, depression, anxiety, etc.

And, you thought this was going to be a positive, uplifting post?  Well you are right.  It is!!!   I just had to show you first what you have to lose; stress, and what you have to gain; peace and a valuable tool for dealing with everyday stress that will leave you energized, alert, and actually looking forward to change.  Change is inevitable, you know.  It’s the ever-flowing energy of everything.  Nothing stays the same.  Even when you die and you think that’s the end.. it isn’t.   It is actually the beginning of something new.

If you were to reflect on your life, even as recent as 30 minutes ago, what happened that caused you to have a reaction?  Did you have an emotional reaction such as sadness, pity, love, appreciation, happiness, anger, etc?  Did your body react in the way of the heart rate speeding up, the stomach churning, your head hurting, your ears ringing, your eyes tearing up?

If you were to reflect on that instance again.. just for a second and feel that same reaction you might realize that it is still there.  Yes, it doesn’t really come in, though and out as it should.  It is stuck there, that emotional reaction, that emotional energy.  And, it will most likely continue to revisit you from time to time until it is released.

So, let’s go for three!  If you were to reflect on that instance again, just for a second and where ever you feel that sensation or emotion, just focus there and say to yourself “soften and flow”.  What happens?  Some of you will have felt a movement in your body.  Perhaps you actually felt the sensation of that energy moving to a different part of your body. Some of you might not have felt anything in the way that you can track it, but you might feel a difference in your emotional reaction to that “instance” now.

Are you willing to see where this goes?  Now, wherever you feel the sensation now, focus there and say again “soften and flow”… not making it flow but just intending that it will soften and that it will flow when it is soft enough to be fluid and can move.  Where is it now?  Follow it through your body intending it soften and flow until you feel it leave or until you no longer have physical sensations related to this exercise.

Now, bring up the instance again and go through the same exercise of finding/locating the sensation and intending that it soften and flow then following it softening and flowing until it leaves your body.  It should go much faster and easier this time.

One last time – follow the same protocol as before.  This time you should feel just a slight twinge or sensation.  That’s it.

This technique was named “EmoTrance” which is simply Emotional Transformation.  It was developed by Dr. Silvia Hartmann in England in 2002.

This demonstration was only a small part of what you can accomplish in your life and the changes you can make with EmoTrance.

If you would like to know more about this incredibly easy tool, there are many live courses being offered in the Dallas area and around the world.  Seating is limited so you should register as soon as possible.  The cost to attend the one day introduction, where you learn the basic procedure and are taken through exercises to clear most everyday emotional damage, is only $125.
